Once thought to be a giant's flute do to it's size, it was found by a thief who used it's alluring tunes to transfix animals to do his bidding, stealing from many without nary a trace. It's size would make one think it is difficult to use, but once attuned to an owner, it becomes as light as a feather.
Gives +2 to animal handling and +1 AC. Any attack made with this weapon becomes magic (Force)
Gains a charge for every hour a tune is played using this weapon. Can hold a maximum of 6 charges.
Using 2 charges, can cast warding wind as an action
Using 2 charges, can cast Blade Ward as a bonus action
Using 2 charges, can cast Zephyr Strike as a bonus action
If a song is not played for a full day it loses 3 charges.
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
