Goggles made of tinted glass and leather frames with straps that go around the wearer's head securing them in place. They require an action to put them on or take off and you can't see in dark locations while wearing them. 

*torch light is not sufficient lighting to wear the goggles

** Dark vision negated if worn at night or in dark location
