This spellbook, along with anything written on its pages, is impervious to all forms of damage. In addition, the spellbook doesn’t deteriorate with age.

Only the individual attuned to this spellbook can read or alter its contents. The individual who is attuned to this spellbook also always knows it's location, no matter the distance so long as it is on the same plane, and once attuned, they are notified if they become no longer attuned to it. If another individual attunes to this spellbook, the previously written spells disappear from its pages, leaving a clean slate for the new individual. This does not remove the writing of another person, it simply reappears if the previous owner attunes to it.
