You can use a bonus action to activate this weapon, unleashing a blade-like flame from the handle of the weapon. These flames shed bright light in a 40-foot radius and dim light for an additional 40 feet. While the sword is ablaze, it deals an extra 2d8 fire damage to any target it hits. The flames last until you sheath/deactivate the handle of the weapon.
Spend 8 hours of practice to attune the weapon, ignoring activation requirements, and become proficient.
