This is a blade that can slice through time dealing a 1d10 of Slashing Damage and this can be down up to 10 feet away or can be extended to 30 feet and deal 3d10 with the use of all 3 charges and has the ability to inflict the slow spell effect on the single damaged target when used in this way the target must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw to resist this effect
The Blade looks to be a giant sharpened clock hand with what seems to be a Cog as the guard.
