You have a +5 bonus to damage rolls made with this magic glaive (While you are overcome with your Barbarian rage ability this damage is doubled for the duration—1 minute) and this damage bypasses Slashing weapon resistance. When you hit with an attack using this magic glaive, the target takes an extra 2D6 cold damage. This damage is doubled vs Fiends, Fire Giants, Elemental (Fire) including subtypes, and Dragons/Dragonborn (whose breath weapon is fire.) This cold bypasses any resistance or immunity to cold by any creature.
While you hold the glaive, you gain resistance to fire damage. In freezing temperatures, the blades shed a bright azure light in a 10-foot radius and dim azure light for an additional 10 feet. When you hold this glaive, you can extinguish all nonmagical flames within 30 feet of you. This property can be used no more than once per hour.
Each use of the spells within this glaive that use charges cause the wielder to temporarily gain the Exhaustion (level 3) condition, further spells from this glaive cannot be cast while this condition persists. This condition lasts an amount of minutes equal to the charges spent to activate the spell. Furthermore, this condition cannot be removed by any magical means. However, this condition is fully removed when the amount of time has passed naturally.
All spells cast through this glaive only require a command word to activate. This weapon magically heightens the latent spellcasting ability within the wielder. While this glaive is being held, the wielder gains a +5 to their Spell Attacks & Spell Save DC’s for spells cast from this weapon. Spells cannot be cast until the glaive is attuned. Attunement requires Barbarian level 8 and the ability to cast Detect Magic.
Proficiency with a Glaive allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
