Silk Hand wraps that seem to constantly change color and texture.  Depending of the lvl of threat to it's wearer, may crackle with electricity that dances around the wraps.  Can only be attuned by monk elemental ritual.  If succesful, the monk, elemental forces, and a willing entity will merge with the handwraps and have the following benefits.

• The Hand-wraps act like whip-like appendages with a length of 30ft and a strength of 10 and damage of 1d4
• They provide the +2 to AC, Dex and Wis
• Choice of two Cantrips or one 1d4+2 lvl spell that can be used once per long rest.
• When the monk lands a punch, the monk has the option of an additional die roll equal to the current martial arts damage lvl per charge expended.  The monk will suffer 1/4 damage to himself if he uses 3 charges or more at one time.
• The wraps have 10 charges that will recharge after a long rest.
