Tinscar is a longsword sword forged and enchanted by the Priesthood of Sonnatar for use in battling their hated enemies, the minions of Kanataal  the Deathlord.  The blade is constructed of layered folds of adamantine alloyed steel while the hilts are of magically hardened gold.  The grip consists of a supple white leather cord wound about the hilt.  A Sunstone is set in the  pommel.  The  blade  of  Tinscar contains no runes,  only an etching of the Blazing Sun,  located about two inches below the crossguards.  When battling Undead, the sword glows with a brilliant golden flame (as a Light spell), dealing an additional 3d6 damage to Undead.

Tinscar is enchanted to +3, with the following magical properties:

+3d6 Radiant damage vs. Undead
Protection from Evil (5 level) – 2/long rest
Cure Wounds (5 level) – 2/long rest
Light (at will)

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
