These brown boots are made of soft leather and change from dark brown to light blonde. Brightly colored glass gems are studded down the sides of the boots. Once attuned these boots make walking speed 30 (if your walking speed is 30, it becomes 35). It is impossible to become paralyzed or restrained while wearing these boots. You are required to use your entire movement speed each round. If you are unable to move the boots will move you in a random direction.
