WISHBRINGER
The wishbringer is a longbow that does a d10 damage per arrow loaded when you have equal to or more than half of your maximum storage for an arrow quiver. When below half max ammunition it does 2d12 damage per arrow loaded. For the last arrow the attack cannot miss and counts as a critical hit of a damage type of your choice. Also, as a bonus action you can locate all creatures within 60ft of you by succeeding on a DC13 wisdom (Perception) check. You have 5 uses of that feature and it resets by doing a ritual in bright light that can be done during a short rest.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
