Wondrous Item, rare
A small wishbone about the size of a child's hand. 2 creatures with hands or similar abilities to grasp the wishbone may try to break it into two pieces. They creatures then must roll strength or dexterity checks against each other. The first to win two in a row breaks the wishbone and has the greater half. All critical fail rolls they make (nat1) turn into critical successes (nat20). For the creature with the lesser half, the opposite is true (All critical successes they make become critical fails). This effect lasts for 24 hours and the wishbone cannot be used again. If they both have the same roll twice in a row, the wishbone breaks evenly and no effect is gained.
