A long metal staff with a ring at the end, emblazoned with 3 jewels on the outside. Floating in the middle, with seemingly no suspension, is a pinwheel that’s spins every time the user casts a spell.
While attuned to this magic staff, you gain a +1 bonus to Spell Attack and Save DC. Additionally, when you cast any spell or cantrip, the staff gains a charge equal to the spell’s level (minimum of 1 charge) for one minute. As an action, you can expend any number of charges to fire a bolt of lightning at a target. They must make a Dexterity Saving throw against you spell DC. On a failed save, the target takes 1d6 Lightning damage per charge expended, and half on a successful save.
