This magic item, when connected to arcane pylons, emits a blast of targeted radiant energy (6d12) which only affects infernal creatures, as well as, a concussive wave of thunder damage (6d8) which only affects any creatures within range. This blast covers a radius of 2 miles from the device, this is to the exclusion of a 20ft radius surrounding the device. This device also casts the purify land spell when used, this spell effect is extended across the entire area of effect of this device.
