All the time you waste just by looking into this watch can be securely stored within this pocket watch. To do so, you need to concentrate on one of the three hands that move within the watch; The second hand, The minute hand, or The hour hand. Then click the dial on the right. Depending on which hand you look at is the amount of time you are storing inside the watch. As you concentrate on the watch, the world feels like it is cryogenicly frozen in time, and your senses are dulled.

• Your sense of hearing is just distant whispers, the loudest thing you can hear is ticking of you the watch
• Your sense of smell is what you remember in that moment.
• Your sense of taste is what you remember in that moment.
• Your sense of Touch is the same as the watches physical characteristic at that time. As if the watch is an extension of yourself. What is notice able to you look into the watch is your own physical reactions. Heartbeats, Blinking, breathing etc. At times it feels like your weightless and spinning into an empty void. 
• Your sense of sight is the watch it self. It's almost like looking into a mirror.

To use the time stored all you need to do is click the dial on left once, and again the stop it. Using the watch is a Bonus Action and can be used during death saving throws (As soon as you stop it you know immediately how much time is left) *NOTE: Using the watch will make time stop around you, if you're on the brink of death then time will move just like normal.

All the time you put into it is YOUR TIME. No one else can use that time. Use it wisely it could save you need more time, maybe even when your on the brink of death.
