As a Bonus Action, you may alter the properties of this item, selecting an Elemental Form from the list below. You may only have one Elemental Form  active at a given time:

• Fire and Ice: Your unarmed strikes may deal your choice of Bludgeoning, Cold, or Fire damage, and they ignore resistance to Cold and Fire damage.
• Light and Shadow: Your unarmed strikes may deal your choice of Bludgeoning, Necrotic, or Radiant damage, and they ignore resistance to Necrotic and Radiant damage.
• Mind and Body:  Your unarmed strikes may deal your choice of Bludgeoning, Piercing, Psychic, or Slashing damage, and they ignore resistance to Psychic damage.
• Earth and Sky: Your unarmed strikes may deal your choice of Acid, Bludgeoning, or Lightning damage, and they ignore resistance to Acid and Lightning damage.
• Heard and Unseen: Your unarmed strikes may deal your choice of Bludgeoning, Force, or Thunder damage, and they ignore resistance to Force or Thunder damage.

Once you select an Elemental Form in this way, you may not do so until the next dawn.
