Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)

This legendary ring, engraved with runes and lightning, was one of the heirlooms Stronmaus left to their offspring. It is said that it summons storms over battlefields where giants are fighting for honor. Due to its massive size, this "ring" must be carried as a bracelet.

The wielder of this ring gains +1 bonus to their attacks and damage rolls with their unarmed strikes.

Whenever you hit an enemy with an unarmed strike, Zruma gains 1 charge while creating a small, harmless vacuum on the zone of the hit, making the attack silent. Zruma can retain a number of charges equal to half your total level, rounded down.

While retaining at least 3 charges, Zruma starts to awaken, humming with the promise of thunder. Your unarmed attacks gain 1d6 thunder damage.

While retaining at least 6 charges, the power of Zruma starts to show in your sorroundings with electrical sparkling. Whenever a creature within 10 feet of you moves, you can spend 1 charge from Zruma. If you do, the creature makes a dexterity saving throw as a surge of electrical energy lashes towards them, dealing 1d10 lightning damage, or half on a succesful save. The DC is equal to your ki save.

While retaining at least 9 charges, Zruma truly awakens, and the presence of Stronmaus looms over the battlefield. Black clouds start to brew on the sky, and the threat of thunder and lightning is imminent. All the thunder and lightning damage you deal is doubled, and you become inmune to lightning and thunder damage. As an action on your turn, you can spend all your charges of Zruma and unleash a terrible energy on your enemies. Every creature on a 10 foot radius, 100 foot high cilinder centered on you makes a dexterity saving throw. They recieve 1d8 lightning damage for every charge spend this way as a terrible lightning strikes on you. Then, every creature except you on a 30 foot radius, 100 foot high cilinder centered on you makes a constitution saving throw. Any creature that fails the save becomes deafened and stunned until the start of their turn, as they suffer the effects of the following roaring thunder.

Notes: Bonus: Unarmed Attacks, Damage: Unarmed Attacks, Damage: Thunder
