This wondrous bow is a deep mahogany imbued with blue dragon scales on the handle. The bowstring seemingly crackles with a thunderous energy.
Command Word- Speaking the command word to Thunderous Strike causes the entire bow to glow with a blue arcane energy- bolts fired on the next attack turn into bolts of lightning and any creature in the line of fire must make a DC13 DEX saving throw or take 4d6 lightning damage on a failed save, half as much on a pass. This feature can be used 2 times per long rest.
Lingering Shock- Any creature hit by the lightning bolt cannot use any reactions until its next turn
Proficiency with a Heavy Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
