this weapon has multiple stages of attunement.
- this weapon can not be lifted by anyone but you perhaps on another plane but not on the material plane.
this weapon will only reveal the next stage of attunement requirements when the spell identify is cast on it .
while in combat when you make a successful attack roll percentile dice of 75% or over to slow time. after each success the dc lowers by 5% until it becomes second nature.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
