Time Flash Locket (locket, worn around neck)
The Time Flash locket has as many charges as your PC's level, to a maximum of 8. While wearing this magic locket on your person, you can use an action to speak its command word and regain one expended spell slot of the same level as the number of charges spent (for example, a level 2 spell requires 2 charges to be spent, while a level 6 spell requires 6 charges to be spent). If you cannot speak, the locket will not activate. If you are not wearing the locket when you speak its command, it will not activate. You recover as many charges per long rest as your PC's Intelligence modifier.
