Gathering Storm: You gain one charge on every normal unarmed strike you land, you gain two charges when landing a critical hit. 

These wraps can hold 10 charges of lightning. You can expand 5 charges when you do a unarmed strike to unload an extra 2d4 + 2 lightning damage in your enemies. The charges deplete to 0 when you have not hit a hostile creature for 10 minutes.
