Armor (shield), very rare (requires attunement by a character with an Intelligence score of 14 or higher)
While attuned to this shield, you gain the foresight to predict your opponents moves in combat. At the start of your turn, target one enemy within a 30 foot range. This effect last for one round. Melee attacks against you from the target have disadvantage, and you have advantage on saving throws imposed on you by the target.
Using the observant power of the shield, you may cast the True strike cantrip as a bonus action.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.

you should also have it so that the true strike can be used the turn you cast, because casting it as a bonus action, nice, but it says in the spell that it only takes effect on your next turn
