The Wuby Wacker's base for is wooden rod with a small silver goblin head at the end. When the nose of the goblin head is pressed the weapon mechanically transforms into one of four weapons. It will remain in this new for for an hour then return to it's rod form. The form is determined randomly by a d4 rolled by the Dm. Even though the weapon is a monk weapon it can not be use for bonus action attacks.
1-Chain Staff. The rod elongates into a quarterstaff segmented into five parts. While in this form the weapon has two attack modes. The quarterstaff which deals a d8 plus mod bludgeoning damage or whp with 15ft reach that does a d6 plus mod bludgeoning damage. The two forms can be switched as a free action by saying the command words flow to switch to whip or reel for the quarterstaff.
2-Brass Dragon Knuckles. The rod splits rapping around the users fists before turning into gauntlets in the shape of dragon heads. The knuckles provide a plus one to unarmed attacks and come load with one shot each. The user can activate the the firing mechanism by punching air and squeezing the palm trigger. The knuckle fires a ranged shrapnel blast 30/45 that does 2d8 plus mod piercing damage.
3-Hellbert. The rod turns into a black cold metal with red crack along it. It lengthens to 7 ft long and comes to a point before a long curved blade comes out the side of the top. This weapon has a reach 10ft and counts as a Halberd and a Scythe. It deals d10 plus mod slashing or piercing damage. It's critical range is also increases to 19-20.
4-KI Blade. The rod simply widens and the goblin head opens it's mouth. This form can only be activated by channeling ki into the rod to form a blade. 1 ki-d6 2ki-d8 4ki-2d6 all plus mod slashing damage. The ki takes on the for of a blue blade of light. It gets longer to reflect the ki being channeled into it. In it's final 4ki greatsword form it may surge out of control. Each attack has a chance to cause a ki surge (wild magic table). The surge is determined by a d20 roll that starts at 1 and goes up by one each round of use.
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
