Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement)

An old worker, retired from war and fighting, was approached by those from a faraway land in seek of a hero.  Instead of taking up his old sword and armor, he just kissed his family goodbye and left with his shovel.  Rather than fight, however, he dug entrenchments and healed the soldiers on both sides, bashing the more disagreeable folk across the head.  So proud were the deities of these soldiers--the Everstar, Lady Lucidity, Erou the strategy goddess, and the carnage god Kython--all blessed the shovel.  The man went back to his family, and eventually, the shovel was buried with him.  However, the magic remains, and two guards from of the four warring factions guard the graveyard at all times.
