A pair of spiral bands, less bracers and more metallic wraps of a dull copper-gold mixture. Intricate carvings show them to appear like jagged lightning bolts wrapped around the wrists.

When attuned, these bands gain a number of charges which refresh at dawn equal to the attuned user's proficiency bonus. These charges may be spend on the following effects.

- When the user deals lightning damage of any kind, one charge may be spent to increase the damage by 1D10.

- When the user deals lightning damage of any kind, one charge may be spent to cause an equal amount of damage to another target within (Int Mod)x10 feet as a spell attack, dealing full damage on a failed Dex Save vs (8+Int Mod+ Proficiency Bonus) and half on a successful Dex Save.

- When struck by an opponent, the wielder may spend a bonus action to cause a brilliant flash of light and crack of thunder centered on himself. The user teleports 15 feet to an unoccupied space and makes a Hide action with advantage.
