I'm not sure why these need a limited use, especially when the blowgun is already so underpowered as a weapon. Maybe if there was an easy way to make them magical again, such as an NPC? Just seems really unnecessary, and I always rule that they're still magical when you pick them back up, it's just that in order to pick them all back up, you need to pass a DC13 investigation check, and if you fail you have to roll to see how many you found.
