Once the World Whistle is worn, it can never be removed, not by spell nor by force. You can connect that whistle to one creature/person and can only change it once per month unless the creature/person dies. It can be heard anywhere around the world and only that creature/person hears it, the whistle is a call for help and they immediately know your location.
