A cloak made from the leathery wing of an Adult White Dragon. The cloak consists of white scales and cured wing membrane. It is adorned with a dragon-knuckle throat clasp. The back is personalized with a silver moon intersected by two closed eyes and an open third eye. The edges have a silver filigree.

Draconic Resilience. You gain a +1 bonus to AC and saving throws while you wear this cloak.

Shiftscales. This cloak has been imbued with the illusory properties of Shiftweave. While attuned to this cloak, you can speak its command word as a bonus action to transform it into your choice of one of the five other designs contained within it. Regardless of its appearance, the outfit can’t be anything but a cloak. Although it can duplicate the look of other magical clothing, it doesn’t gain their magical properties.
