Once attuned the bangle reforms around the wearers wrist and forearm, becoming a perfect and comfortable fit. Similar patterns also form around the wearers arm, wrapping their way to the shoulder. It is coloured and show white gusts of wind, mingled with leaves and clouds. 

Whilst attuned to this item, you can use an action to cast the gust of wind spell (save DC 13) from it. Once used, the fan shouldn't be used again until the next dawn. Each time it is used again before then, it has a cumulative 20 percent chance of not working and splintering into non-magical scraps. 

Additionally the wearer increases their base walking speed by 5ft.
