Weapon (longbow), artifact (requires attunement by a By good creature )

Simply drawing your fingers in the air near this finely crafted bow causes it to be strung with an arrow of glimmering energy

Attuned creatures have Dexterity of 19 while this bow is in their possession.

Ranged Force Arrows: +2 Hit; Damage: 1d8+2 force and radiant (or the Force Arrows of Entanglement)

Attuned: User may fire Force Arrows of Entanglement (STR save DC 20 or restrained until user's next turn) 3x per short rest

If used by a ranger who is attuned, once on each of your turns when you make a weapon attack with this bow, you can make another attack with it against a different creature that is within 5 feet of the original target and within the range of your weapon. This is an additional attack that is not counted as an action or bonus action. Also, this weapon has unlimited force arrows for consideration of volley or any other ranger spell.

The energy bow is capable of giving light for as long as the bow is in a ready position by using both hands.  The bow sheds bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 40 feet. Completely covering the bow with something opaque blocks the light. The light ends if you dismiss it by moving your off-hand away from the bow.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Set: Dexterity Score, Based off of Hank's Energy Bow in the animated TV series, By good creature , Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
