This "scarf" is actually a piece of an ancient monster. Wearing this scarf will give you a small portion of the monsters defensive magic and help you survive attacks. When a creature makes a successful attack at you, you may roll 1d6 and reduce that from damage taken except if that would reduce the damage to nothing.
