Any creature wearing the headphones has enhanced hearing giving them advantage on perception checks and the ability to listen in to the conversations of anyone within 120 ft. This item carries a curse that forces the wearer to make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw once an hour and fall into a fit of madness if failed, causing them to attack whoever is closest to them until they draw blood. These headphones can only be removed with a remove curse spell. They are made of human skin.
