This magical shield is made from very light but sturdy wood, padded with living moss on the interior side. While holding this shield, once per short rest you can use an action to cast silence spell, without requiring any spell components or expanding a spell slot. It creates a 5tf radius zone of silence directly behind the shield. The zone moves with the shield and persists for 1 minute, without requiring concentration.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
