This comic book resembles an ancient classic comic book, but the pages are faded and most are blank. As you read the book you quickly realize it tells the story of your adventuring group so far. Vivid details and dramatic panels show the heroism, the humor, and the honor of the things this party has accomplished. As you complete each level the pages fill in the latest chapters. 

Beyond recording the past, the book reveals portions of the story beyond your experiences. Sometimes it tells of important events in the world around you or people you have met. You never know what the book will reveal or when.

And finally, with concentration and effort you can force the book to tell bits of your future. Once per day you can use the book to cast a single spell from the table below as a ritual. The spells available is based on the total levels of the possessor of this wondrous item. These spell effects appear as new panels in the comic book.
