"Let me show you some of it's features-Ha Ha Ha!"

This item takes an action to attach to the belly of a bow but mechanically will hold 6 specialized arrows/bolts in it.  This is a combination of mechanical and magical effects that allow characters who otherwise are not proficient in the use of a bow, to use a bow.  This has a sliding handle that catches the string, loads an arrow and allows it to be held.  There is only enchantment to assist the user in drawing back the string if they otherwise would not have enough strength to pull it back.  If a non proficient user fires only one arrow per round using the sighting system, they have an advantage to hit.  A proficient user would have the same advantage after practicing with the sighting system since proficient bowmen usually do not use a sighting system.  A non proficient user can also be able to draw and fire up to three arrows a round but all would be at disadvantage to hit since careful aim would not be possible.  (Development of adding enchantments in helping to hit and damage is under consideration for future models).  A proficient bowman is able to discharge 6 arrows without disadvantage.  Once all 6 arrows are discharged, then it requires an action to reload the arrows.
