Jathagan is a sword curved inward, popular amongst outcasts living in the deserts. This one looks like it's made entirely out of bone. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic sword.
When you attack using your Attack action, you can let go of one of your attacks and choose an unoccupied 5-foot cube of air instead, that you can see within range of 60 feet. An elemental force that resembles a dust devil appears in the cube and lasts for the duration of one minute or until your unconscious or incapacitated. This consumes one charge. You can create one or more devils, but only one per attack.
Any creature that ends its turn within 5 feet of the dust devil or devils must make a Strength saving throw against your spell or class DC. On a failed save, the creature takes 1d8 bludgeoning damage per devil in range and is pushed 10 feet away. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn’t pushed.
As a bonus action, you can move the dust devils up to 30 feet in any direction. If the dust devils move over sand, dust, loose dirt, or small gravel, they suck up the material and form a 10-foot-radius cloud of debris around themselves that last until the start of your next turn. The cloud heavily obscures its area.
Proficiency with a Scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Light, Nick
