A pair of identical, elegantly crafted golden-wrought wristwatches set with an emerald gemstone. Upon the face of the gem, a quick glance reveals an illusory read-out of runes that can only be understood by the bearer.

While wearing one of these two identical gnomish watches, if you are within 60ft of the bearer of the other, you are considered to be synced up with them. While synced, you can look at the watch as your object interaction to discover the current hit point total of the other target.  Once per long rest, you may spend an action to swap your current hit point totals with the target you are synced to.
