Effects: On use, gain +5 to all skill checks and attack rolls, gain a 1.25x multiplier to your current AC, gain 50% of your current max HP as temp HP, and increase your movement by 10ft. This lasts for 4 turns, or about 24 seconds. When the effect ends, roll a d4. If you roll a 1, add 1 to the Affliction counter. For every point of Affliction, all attack rolls, skill checks and saving throws, including death saves, are reduced by 1 while not under the effects of the tincture. The tincture can only be used once every long rest, where the bottle will mysteriously fill back to full.
