Weapon (longsword), legendary (requires attunement by a Creature of Non-Evil Alignment)

Lost for ages in the Underdark, Dawnbringer once appeared to be a gilded longsword hilt. While grasping the hilt, you could use a bonus action to make a blade of pure radiance spring from the hilt, or cause the blade to disappear. Dawnbringer had all the properties of a sun blade.

Now the blade has been reforged by the Angel Timiel, and shines with a natural golden radiance, emitting bright light in a 40ft radius, dim light in a further 40ft radius.

While holding the weapon, you can use an action to touch a creature with the blade and cast lesser restoration on that creature. Once used, this ability can’t be used again until the next dawn.

Sentience. Timiel's Wrath is a sentient neutral good weapon with an Intelligence of 12, a Wisdom of 15, and a Charisma of 14. It has hearing and darkvision out to a range of 120 feet.

The sword can speak, read, and understand Common, and it can communicate with its wielder telepathically. Its voice is kind and feminine. It knows every language you know while you’re attuned to it.

Personality. Forged and wielded by the celestial weaponsmith Timiel. Blessed with the power of Pelor to protect the last King of Nialin from the forces of evil. When Timiel failed, Pelor broke the blade and cast the hilt out into Nialin.

Long years lost in darkness have made Dawnbringer frightened of both the dark and abandonment. It prefers that its blade always be present and shedding light in areas of darkness, and it strongly resists being parted from its wielder for any length of time.

After meeting the fallen Angel Timiel, and relinquishing Dawnbringer for some time, the blade was reforged using the shards of the original blade and blessed once again with Pelor's power. It was granted back to Dargon after he became a Celestial Warlock/Fighter and began channeling the power of Pelor through himself, in an hour of need. Reforged, Timiel's Wrath is now much more confident and seeks to destroy the forces of evil, promoting life, light and good in the world.

By claiming the sword, Dargon has awakened the innate power within Timiel's Wrath.
