Weapon (greataxe), artifact

Zbignev's great axe is a normal great axe except it was built from enchanted wood that can only be found were Zbignev was from. Once per turn the butt of the axe can turn into any weapon dealing an extra 1d6 to a creature or could just be turned into a tool that is unbreakable. Three times during a battle encounter you can block an enemy's attack with a successful DC 12 (Athletics) check. If you get a DC 20 (Athletics) check the attacking weapon breaks making the wielder defenseless allowing for another attack (you can attack the creature even though it is not your turn). The weapon contains the souls of all its wielders that have died so you can talk to the ghost of the wielders. This weapon allows it so it can be called if it is not in the true wielders hands (because it is soul bonded to its true wielder). This weapon can only be used by barbarians.

Proficiency with a Greataxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Cleave. If you hit a creature with a melee attack roll using this weapon, you can make a melee attack roll with the weapon against a second creature within 5 feet of the first that is also within your reach. On a hit, the second creature takes the weapon’s damage, but don’t add your ability modifier to that damage unless that modifier is negative. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.

Notes: Heavy, Two-Handed, Cleave
