• You gain expertises in persuasion, and intimidation.  
• As a bonus action, you touch the necklace and project an aura of charm. Choose any number of creatures within a 30 ft radius (centered on yourself). Each creature must make a Wisdom saving throw, DC 18, or be charmed for 1 minute. This effect does not end early if you move out of the range of the original casting. This property then ceases to function until the you take a long rest.
