The third eye of Purrceval an Archfey who takes the form of a cat who likes to prank mortals with puzzles and riddles. Though none but the oldest Archfey know of him or his true appearance anymore, those that do still fear him for his reality warping abilities are second only to his shape-shifting.

While attuned to Third Eye of Purrceval, you gain several abilities.
1) You gain Truesight up to a range of 30ft and can understand/speak Sylvan.
2) You have advantage on checks and saving throws against illusion spells and Wisdom (Insight) checks against deception.
3) Once per day you may speak with Purrceval by focusing on the Third Eye of Purrceval for 1 minute.
4) You may crush the Third Eye of Purrceval to summon Purrceval into the Material Plane.
