Weapon (greatsword), rare

melee weapon (martial, sword)

Category: Items

Damage: 2d6

Damage Type: Slashing

Properties: Heavy, Two-Handed

Abilities:

Prying Leverage: When wielding this weapon with two hands, you can shift one of your hands up to grab the leather-bound section of the blade, gaining extra leverage on the sword. Doing so is considered a free action and gives you advantage on any strength (athletics) checks made to shove a creature.

Disarm:  When an enemy misses an attack roll against you with a handheld melee weapon, you can use your reaction to try and disarm them. To do so, make a dexterity (sleight of hand or acrobatics) check contested by the opponents strength (athletics) or dexterity (acrobatics) check. On a success, your opponent's weapon drops to the ground at a point you choose within 5 ft. of them. If you are occupying the same space as your opponent's dropped weapon, any creature attempting to pick up the weapon must first succeed on a grapple against you.

Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.

Notes: Non-magical, Heavy, Two-Handed, Graze
