Crafted by the Izzet League Artificer Spanner for a children's charity event.  This yoyo is forged of hardened copper, with the cable having the appearance of quicksilver. This yoyo has 3 charges that recharge 1d3 charges after a long rest.   While having this yoyo in hand, the wielder can expend 1 charge to use a ranged version of the [ spell ]Shocking Grasp[ /spell ] cantrip at its base damage. Add an additional 1d8 for each charge above the first.
