Formed after lightning struck the ground, crystalising the earth and trapping the storm's power. A glass-like staff resembling a jagged lightning bolt, it hums and crackles with power.

Storm Resistance: The wielder of this staff gains resistance to thunder and lightning.
Lightning Strike: As a Bonus Action, make a spell attack roll with the staff, firing a lightning bolt from its tip. If the attack hits, the targetted creature takes 3d8 Lightning Damage. The attack has a range of 60ft.
Thunderous Boom: If Lightning Strike hits, a thunderous boom erupts from the creature, all creatures in a 10ft radius from the targetted creature must make a Constitution Saving Throw (DC 17) or be stunned and deafened till the end of their next turn.
