A small blue, gnomish cap with a goofy secret. After being attuned to a user, they may use a charge of the hat at will to activate it. Upon activation, the hat immediately springs to a starchy point and retains a perfect conical shape. At the opening of the hat, an invisible entrance opens to an extradimensional space that lasts until the spell ends.
The extradimensional space can be reached by pulling the hat down over oneself or another willing creature. The space can hold as many as eight Medium or smaller creatures. Attacks and spells can’t cross through the entrance into or out of the extradimensional space, but those inside can see out of it as if through a 3-foot-by-5-foot window centered on the mouth of the hat. Anything inside the extradimensional space drops out of the hat when the spell ends.
Once the extradimensional space is created, the hat is magically tethered to that general location and cannot be moved more than 10 feet in any direction or the contents of the space will drop out of the hat.
