Weapon (rifle, hunting), very rare (requires attunement by a Rogue, Clean and polish the weapon for 1 hour.)

Pressure rifle, the more pressure the rifle holds, the more firepower it releases. only a certain amount of pressure is able to be held in the rifles pressure tank. When you over pressurize the tank it will deal additional damage but at the cost of accuracy.

Stages of pressure are as follows

  • Maximum pressure(1 shot lowers pressure to next stage or lowers at the start of your next turn)
  • Over Pressure (1 shot or lowers pressure to the next stage at the start of your next turn)
  • Normal Pressure(2 shots lowers pressure to the next stage)
  • Under Pressure(2 shots lowers pressure to the next stage)
  • Last Shot Under Pressure(1 shot fully depletes the weapon of pressure, making it unusable until you return pressure to the canister)

It takes your action to get the Tihar to normal pressure from no pressure or under pressure to over pressure, your bonus action to over pressurize the Tihar from normal pressure to over pressure or over pressure to maximum pressure.

Maximum pressurized damage is 2d10 Piercing  + DEX with a - 6 to hit(goes against your to hit bonus) (Lowers pressure to the next stage at the start of your next turn or until fired)

Over pressurized damage is  2D8 Piercing + DEX with a - 3 to hit(goes against your to hit bonus) (Lowers pressure to the next stage at the start of your next turn or until fired )

normal pressurization damage is 1D10 Piercing + DEX

Under Pressurization damage is 1D6 Piercing + DEX

Last shot while under pressure is  1D4 Piercing + DEX

reloading takes your Bonus Action and Half your Movement

It’s up to you to decide whether a character has proficiency with a firearm. Characters in most D&D worlds wouldn’t have such proficiency. During their downtime, characters can use the training rules in the Player’s Handbook to acquire proficiency, assuming that they have enough ammunition to keep the weapons working while mastering their use.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
