When a drinker partakes from this flask, they regain the use of one spell-slot equal to half their spellcasting level rounded up. If used by someone other than the attuned user, they regain a spell slot equal to half their spellcasting level rounded down. It's only usable once per day, per person. After use, or if it is not attuned at all, all water is completely normal
