This +1 shield contains the very essence of the Elemental Plane of Water. With its power, you may call on the influence of the tides to affect the battlefield.
As a bonus action, you can use one of the abilities listed below. The saving throw DC is 15
ABILITIES
High Tide: Your target must make a Strength Saving Throw, on a failed save, the target takes 1d6 cold damage and is pulled 10 feet towards you. Using multiple charges increases the distance pulled by 5 feet and the damage by 1d6 per charge.
Low Tide: Your target must make a Strength Saving Throw, on a failed save, the target takes 1d6 cold damage and is pushed 10 feet away from you. Using multiple charges increases the distance pushed by 5 feet and the damage by 1d6 per charge.
Geyser (2 Charges): Your target must make a Strength Saving Throw, on a failed save, the target takes 2d6 cold damage and is sent 20 feet up and falling back to the ground, taking fall damage is applicable. Using multiple charges increases the height thrown by 10 feet and the damage by 1d6 per charge. This skill can only be used once per day.
Waterfall: Your target must make a Strength Saving Throw, on a failed save, the target takes 1d6 cold damage and is knocked prone. If the target is airborne then it drops 10 feet, if the target reaches the ground, it is then knocked prone, even if flying through the means of magic such as the Fly spell. Flying creatures brought to the ground take fall damage when applicable. Using multiple charges increases the distance dropped by 10 feet and the damage by 1d6 per charge.
Whirlpool (2 Charges): All creatures in a 20 foot radius must make a Strength Saving Throw, on a failed save, each creature takes 2d6 cold damage and is pulled as close to the center point as possible, as long is the direct path is not obstructed. Using multiple charges increases the radius by 5 feet and the damage by 1d6. This skill can only be used once per day.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
