This wand appears to be a Wand of Fireballs, even if an identify spell is used on it. While holding it, you can use an action to expend its charge to cast the fireball spell (save DC 15) from it. However, this spell will always be centered on the caster, regardless of where they intend to center it. A remove curse spell can change the wand into an ordinary Wand of Fireballs.
