Wand, rare (requires attunement by a Spellcaster)
A wand that can store an everglowing flame. If lighten by magic or material it can both be used as a torch, providing bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet, and a weapon. If you make a melee attack with the Torch Wand and hit, it deals 1 fire damage.
If lighten by magic or material the wand gains 1 charge. While holding it, the wileder can use an action to expend its charge to cast the fire bolt spell from it. If the spell miss, roll 1d20 the wand burns itself and the wearer. Taking 1d10 damage instead and the Toarch Wand crumbles into ashes and is destroyed.
The wand can regains 1 charge if lit anew.
